Make this vibrant, creamy and comforting turmeric latte easily at home with a few simple ingredients and benefit from the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of turmeric.

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp ground turmeric

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger

  • a pinch of ground black pepper

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 ½ cup milk

  • a few strands of saffron

Directions

  • Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, ground black pepper, sugar, pure vanilla extract, and water to a tall glass. Use a milk frother to blend all the ingredients to form a creamy and foamy mix.
  • Place a saucepan on medium heat, add milk and heat it up. Add a few saffron strands, stir and bring it to a boil.
  • Strain the milk using a strainer in a jar.
  • Divide the turmeric mix into two glasses and pour the milk into the mix.
  • Stir, serve hot, and enjoy!
