Herbal Tea
Enjoy this herbs and spices-infused herbal tea that helps in boosting immunity, and treating common cold and cough along with plenty of health benefits.
Herbal teas (also called tisanes) are made from (or infused with) spices, herbs, and other plant materials. Unlike other types of tea, tisanes are not made with tea leaves. These teas are gaining so much popularity nowadays given the potential health benefits they have to offer like aiding digestion, reducing inflammation, and more. It takes just a few minutes to make a cup of soothing herbal tea! Luckily, most of the herbs or ingredients mentioned in the recipe – ginger, mint, and tulsi can easily be grown at home in potted plants.
Unlike coffee and standard teas, most natural teas do not contain much (if any) caffeine. With a little change in lifestyle and a cup of this tea every day, you can actually observe a difference in your body. Different herbal teas have different benefits depending on the plants that are used to create them. For example, chamomile has a calming effect, while ginger tea helps fight inflammation.
