This delicious chocolate milkshake smoothie is the creamiest and healthiest shake you’ll ever try. It’s a quick recipe that takes around 5 minutes to make. Made with frozen bananas, dates, and hazelnut butter, it’s so delicious that it will easily become your go-to breakfast.

  1. Use frozen bananas for natural sweetness and a thick creamy consistency.
  2. Add more cocoa powder or dark chocolate to make the recipe more decadent.
  3. Add more milk if you’d prefer a thinner shake.
  4. If desired, serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream with a dash of chocolate sauce.
  5. You can easily make this shake vegan by using vegan hazelnut butter and replacing milk with dairy-free milk such as oat, soy, or almond milk.
