This refreshing chutney is made from fresh mint and coriander leaves. It’s a perfect dip with sandwiches, chaats, dhoklas, pakoras, and more.

You can store this chutney in an airtight container in the fridge and it will last for 3-4 days. Make a big batch and enjoy it with snacks or meals.

Mint Coriander Chutney

Yield: 1 cup

Mint coriander chutney is a healthy sauce made with fresh herbs and a perfect accompaniment to your meals and snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mint leaves (avoid the stems as they may turn the chutney bitter)
  • ⅔ cup coriander leaves (can use the stems)
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1 small size onion
  • 2 cm chunk ginger
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ⅔ cup water

Instructions

    1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. (Use water as required).
    2. Serve, and enjoy!
