Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups pomegranate seeds

  • ½ cup kiwis, frozen

  • 1 medium ripe banana, frozen

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • ¼ cup pitted soft dates

  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Serve fresh, and enjoy!
