This vibrant red & green smoothie is rich in fiber and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped

  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 2 oranges, peeled

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
