This healthy oatmeal porridge is made with simple wholesome ingredients and will keep you feeling full for longer.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 ½ cups milk

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract essence

Directions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add apples and cinnamon. Cook them for 2-3 minutes until the apples are softened.
