This raw mango chutney or kacche aam ki chutney is a very simple recipe and a perfect accompaniment to your snacks or meals.
1 cup raw mangoes, peeled and chopped
¼ cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp lime juice
½ tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2-3 garlic cloves
½ cup fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp cane sugar
½ cup water
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Serve fresh and chilled, and enjoy!
