This raw mango chutney or kacche aam ki chutney is a very simple recipe and a perfect accompaniment to your snacks or meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw mangoes, peeled and chopped

  • ¼ cup white vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1 Tbsp cane sugar

  • ½ cup water

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Serve fresh and chilled, and enjoy!
