These soft, crunchy, and easy-to-make delicious cookies are best to indulge in when you are in the mood for something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp refined coconut oil, solid

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • In a large bowl, add coconut oil, brown sugar, and pure vanilla extract. Mix them together using a fork.
  • Then add rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and milk and mix until everything is well combined. Now gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into balls and then slightly press each ball to form a cookie shape. Then evenly distribute about 2 inches apart, on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Add a few chocolate chips to the top of each cookie.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • Finally, transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!
