These soft, crunchy, and easy-to-make delicious cookies are best to indulge in when you are in the mood for something sweet.

Ingredients

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
    2. In a large bowl, add coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix them together using a fork.
    3. Then add rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and milk and mix until everything is well combined. Now gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
    4. Roll the dough into balls and then slightly press each ball to form a cookie shape. Then evenly distribute about 2 inches apart, on a parchment-lined baking tray.
    5. Add a few chocolate chips to the top of each cookie.
      Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
    6. Finally, transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!
