Chocolate Chip Cookies
These soft, crunchy, and easy-to-make delicious cookies are best to indulge in when you are in the mood for something sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp refined coconut oil, solid
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a large bowl, add coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix them together using a fork.
- Then add rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and milk and mix until everything is well combined. Now gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into balls and then slightly press each ball to form a cookie shape. Then evenly distribute about 2 inches apart, on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Add a few chocolate chips to the top of each cookie.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C. - Finally, transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!
