Fresh carrots and oranges along with apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice are blended and juiced to make this hydrating, vibrant, and immune-booster drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium oranges

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1 medium apple

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled

  • 1/2 inch ginger

  • 3-4 sprigs of mint

  • 1/4 tsp black salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • A pinch of ground black pepper

  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Wash and cut all the fruits and veggies.
  • Cut the oranges in half and juice. Then pour into a juicer along with all the ingredients one by one.
  • Strain the juice using a strainer over a large mixing bowl or jug.
  • Serve fresh and enjoy!
