Easy to make naturally sweetened date caramel sauce that is perfect for dipping or adding to a variety of dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in hot water for 30 minutes to soften.
- Drain the water and blend the dates with all the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
