Blend together greens and fruits to make this vibrant glass of juice packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
1 Tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup water for soaking chia seeds + 1 cup water for the juice
2 cups spinach
1 medium cucumber, peeled
1 cm ginger chunk
1 Tbsp lime juice
10-12 curry leaves
1 medium orange, peeled
1 medium apple, cored
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- Soak the chia seeds in water for about 20 minutes or until they have a jelly-like texture.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a juicer and strain the juice.
- Pour the juice into a glass and add a spoonful of soaked chia seeds, stir and serve fresh.
