Blend together greens and fruits to make this vibrant glass of juice packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ cup water for soaking chia seeds + 1 cup water for the juice

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled

  • 1 cm ginger chunk

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

  • 10-12 curry leaves

  • 1 medium orange, peeled

  • 1 medium apple, cored

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper

Directions

  • Soak the chia seeds in water for about 20 minutes or until they have a jelly-like texture.
  • Place the remaining ingredients in a juicer and strain the juice.
  • Pour the juice into a glass and add a spoonful of soaked chia seeds, stir and serve fresh.
