Blend together greens and fruits to make this vibrant glass of juice packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup water for soaking chia seeds + 1 cup water for the juice
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 1 cm ginger chunk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1 medium apple, cored
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in water for about 20 minutes or until they have a jelly-like texture.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a juicer and strain the juice.
- Pour the juice into a glass and add a spoonful of soaked chia seeds, stir, and serve fresh.
