Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
