Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream

This juicy and caramelized grilled pineapple is seriously one of the best and easiest summer desserts ever! The sweetness of warm caramelized grilled pineapple is so good!
All you need is a big fresh pineapple, a good paring knife, cinnamon, and a grill.
First, peel a whole pineapple, slice it into rings and remove the core. Then apply cinnamon on both sides and grill them. Finally, serve with a big scoop of your favorite ice cream, drizzle some chocolate sauce and top with pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp butter

Ice Cream, any flavor you like
Pomegranate
Chocolate syrup
Directions
- Remove the outer skin of the pineapple and cut it into rings or spears of about 1/2 inch each. Carve out the center core of each ring using a spoon if desired.
- Heat a grill pan over medium flame and grease with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on the pineapple and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until it is nicely brown and grill marks have appeared.
- Place a pineapple ring on each plate, scoop 1/4 cup of ice cream into the center of the ring, top it up with pomegranate seeds and drizzle over some chocolate syrup.
