Ingredients
1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped
2 medium frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 medium frozen kiwis
2 Tbsp rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp flaxseeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk
- TOPPINGS
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp roasted coconut flakes
1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp granola
2 Tbsp pomegranate
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and serve with the desired toppings.
