Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 medium frozen kiwis
  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk

Toppings

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp roasted coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp granola
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate

Instructions

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into a bowl and serve with the desired toppings.
