Smoothie bowls are a thing nowadays and you’ll find them in so many vegan cafes. They are delicious, cold, and super filling. If you are a beet fan or like colorful foods, then you must give this banana beet berry smoothie bowl a try. Filled with strawberries, kiwis, bananas, beetroots, chia seeds, and flax seeds and blended with oats along with milk, it’s utterly delicious!
Beetroots are one of the healthiest and the most detoxifying foods out there. They are low in calories, rich in fiber and good for brain health.
If you don’t like the texture of raw beets, steam them before adding them to the smoothie. You can cook them first or freeze them raw. This beet berry smoothie is also a great one to try if you aren’t ready to dive headfirst into green smoothies.
